We do not manage funds, provide specific product recommendations, or offer guaranteed outcomes.
Your Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during consultations
- Make timely subscription payments according to the agreed schedule
- Respect scheduled appointment times and provide reasonable notice for changes
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary consultation materials and methods
- Use our services for legitimate financial planning purposes only

Payment and Subscription Terms
The following payment terms apply to your subscription:
- Monthly subscription fee is $250 CAD, inclusive of applicable taxes
- Payments are processed automatically on the same date each month
- Failed payments may result in service suspension after reasonable notice
- Fee changes require 30 days advance written notice to subscribers
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription with 30 days written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused services. All fees paid are non-refundable except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Limitation of Liability
lavimoreno's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, or other legal theories, except where prohibited by law.
User Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless lavimoreno, its employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of our services or violation of these terms.

Binding Arbitration
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, under the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada, rather than through court proceedings.

European Union residents may access the Online Dispute Resolution platform for consumer disputes.
Service Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services for violation of these terms, non-payment, or other reasonable business reasons. Upon termination, your access to consultation services and materials will cease, but these terms will continue to apply to past interactions.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Canadian federal and provincial laws
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Invalid provisions will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to become enforceable.
